Aerial Assist

Picture
Aerial Assist is a game designed to be played by two alliances of three robots each. On each end of the field there are four scoring zones, one on the bottom right corner, two at the top, and one in the bottom left corner. Robots can score by shooting, shooting, or throwing exercise balls into either of the four goals. During the first 10 seconds of the match is the autonomous period, where teams program their robots to score points on their own. During the driver-operated period, human players take control of their robots to score as many points as possible before the end of the match. For additional points during the match, robots can pass the ball to each other to earn big "assist points" if the ball is in every robots possession they earn the most points every time the ball is scored. Additionally teams can launch the ball of the truss in the center for additional points.
